Leisa has extensive experience in growing sales and customer profiles for prestigious businesses, including P&O, Princess and Cunard Cruise lines. Leisa was even recognised for embracing a new AI tool and achieving the highest number of Pharmacies in Australia to allow this new computer analysis tool to be used. This in turn, allowed Leisa to more easily identify growth opportunities for her Pharmacies. Alphapharm management were so impressed that they even invited her to be on their rep advisory committee. This made her an integral part of the Pharmaceutical brands growth and expansion within Australia before being sold to Mylan Pharmaceuticals. 

Recognised by Inside Retail Magazine as one of the Top 50 Small Business Leaders in Australia , Leisa has  even owned and operated her own online retail business. She understands that this can be scary, but everything a little scary is often worthwhile.

Leisa has completed 3 personal psychometric assessments conducted by  Complete Cruise Solutions, Alphapharm Pharmaceuticals and the Travel Corporation as she worked in roles requiring teamwork and leadership in high-stress environments. This means that there is no need to be concerned as Leisa can handle whatever you have to throw at her.
